Brass is made of copper and zinc alloy. Brass made of copper and zinc is called ordinary brass. Brass is often used to manufacture valves, water pipes, air conditioning inside and outside the machine connecting pipe, machinery and electrical parts and radiators and so on. These are called brass machined components.
Brass machined components are machined mainly by manual machining or CNC machining. Manual machining refers to the method of manual machining of various materials by means of mechanical workers such as milling machines, lathes, drilling machines and sawing machines. Manual processing is suitable for small batch production. CNC machining (CNC) refers to the use of CNC workers to carry out processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, turning centers, EDM cutting equipment, thread cutting machines.
