White resin material
The toughness is average, the appearance is relatively fine, it is the most widely used material on the market
Yellow resin material
The toughened upgraded version of ordinary photosensitive has good toughness and high precision. (At present, a material with good toughness among photosensitive resin materials is widely used in industrial assembly.)
Hard rubber: ABS, PA, PC, Acrylic, POM, PP
Soft rubber: Silicone, Rubber, TPU
High strength, good toughness, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, and excellent mechanical properties.
Transparent resin material
Applicable to container molds, medical models, etc. After fine processing, it can be made fully transparent.
The rapid prototype manufacturing methods include hand-made prototype and CNC prototype. In the early days, there was no corresponding equipment. CNC technology was backward, and the production of rapid prototype manufacturing was mainly done by hand, and the materials and processes had great limitations. There are very few hand-made hands. The CNC prototype has high precision and high degree of automation. The rapid prototype manufacturing produced can reflect the effect of mass-produced products. Later, it is supplemented by manual grinding and other processes of details. Therefore, most of the current prototype production is by CNC rapid prototype manufacturing.
